David Teed and Brian Davey are Teed's Senior Consultants. To maintain our company's rigorous quality standards, David and Brian have involvement in all client projects and are effectively supported by directly employed consulting and support staff, each of whom specialises purely in the field of business continuity management. With 30 years combined business continuity experience, consultants and support staff have managed projects in just about every sector and industry.
Between them, our consultants have facilitated many thousands of business continuity discussions and have produced an extensive library of documents. Rarely do we come across a challenge that has not been faced previously and this wealth of experience ensures that our clients can minimise their project time and expenditure through taking advantage of the lessons learned during the following Teed projects:
- Project Initiation & Management – Established current business continuity preparedness, designed project scope & objectives and managed business continuity & disaster recovery projects to completion for 150+ different organisations
- Risk Evaluation – Carried out 700+ risk evaluations & surveys, with particular emphasis on identifying risk controls that would reduce probability or minimise impact of business continuity threatening incidents
- Business Impact Analysis – Designed and facilitated 2000+ analysis workshops, interviews or exercises – identifying the business priorities and recovery requirements in a crisis situation
- Strategy Development – Independent advice and assistance to 150+ organisations in relation to the development of effective (and cost effective) recovery strategies to ensure appropriate IT systems and non-IT facilities are available to meet pre-established minimum business requirements
- Plan Development – Responsible for developing and implementing 350+ business continuity, crisis management, IT disaster recovery, business recovery and contingency plans
- Plan Testing – Designed and co-ordinated 250+ tabletop or technical recovery exercises to validate specific areas of BC & DR plans and strategies (e.g. efficiency of crisis management team, technical recovery capabilities etc.)
- Training – Designed & co-ordinated 100+ business continuity and disaster recovery training courses and workshops
