Media Case Study |
Teed Business Continuity has worked extensively with a client in the media sector to ensure that their essential services, including their contact centres, would continue to operate should an adverse situation arise. This involved conducting a business impact analysis and risk assessment and reviewing the existing contingencies to determine any gaps in the current strategy. A revised strategy was then agreed and relevant business continuity plans were subsequently created and exercised.
We were also engaged by a major television station to exercise their crisis management team and provide recommendations for improving their incident response and recovery strategies to align them more closely with best practice. |
