| Teed Business Continuity was engaged by a major player in the telecoms industry to review their IT disaster recovery plans for two business critical systems. This involved identifying the recovery needs of the business and reviewing the existing contingencies and recovery capability in order to identify any gaps. A revised recovery strategy was then developed to ensure that the business requirements would be met should a serious incident occur, thus maintaining service to customers and retaining the client's credibility. The client's staff have now adopted the method used during this assignment to conduct similar reviews of other IT systems. |
