Cool in a Crisis! Services

Many of the services provided for clients by Teed Business Continuity have now been branded under the name of Cool in a Crisis! Each of these services contributes to an organisation’s confidence that they will be sufficiently trained and prepared to deal effectively with any crisis that may befall them (i.e. they will be “cool” in a crisis).

The methods and material used for the Cool in a Crisis! services are based upon proven approaches used during client projects. Teed Business Continuity is keen to pass on this valuable information in an effective manner that does not involve an organisation “reinventing the wheel”.

The Cool in a Crisis! training events have been held regularly at our own and client offices since 2001. These events provide participants with hands on experience within all elements of business continuity management. At the general events within our offices we utilise workshop material based upon fictitious organisations that is designed to stimulate the interest and enjoyment of participants. In-house events typically focus upon clients own organisation.

Other Cool in a Crisis! methods and services that have been developed include:

• Fast track business continuity planning
• Business continuity & disaster recovery annual service
• Business continuity preparedness rating

Teed Business Continuity consulting and research staff continue to develop methods and services that will simplify the implementation of business continuity management and contribute to keeping implementation costs to a minimum.
