Action Plan |
Teed can produce an Action Plan that details all steps required to achieve business continuity.
Utilising the information obtained during the annual audit, further discussion will take place that will allow a schedule of actions to be produced.
An explanation of the work required to complete each action will be summarised together with the likely resource and time input required.
After discussion a timescale will be proposed that would be appropriate to satisfy available resources and project drivers. Actions may be scheduled over phases (e.g. short term, medium term, long term etc.).
The approximate costs for implementing actions will be detailed, together with high level options.
The ongoing process of maintaining the action plan would be provided for subscribers to the Plan_Maintenance service.
