Houston is a Director of Teed Business Continuity and Managing Director of Erskine Park, part of the Teed group of companies.

Houston has 20 years experience in both finance and non executive directorships within the private and public sectors, including government and the NHS. In 1999, Houston founded Erskine Park, an independent firm of management consultants providing interim management and project consultancy.

In 2009, the successful alliance of Erskine Park and Teed brought together Houston’s considerable experience in strategic and general management enabling Teed to broaden its range of services to clients.

Clients benefit fully from Houston’s ability to analyse processes at both strategic and operational levels which in turn drives forward performance management and profit improvement levels. Houston also utilises his consultancy skills to manage business continuity projects for a wide range of clients.

Houston is a skilled relationship manager with many years experience of working with business owners and board directors both in an advisory capacity and hands on implementation.
