Charlotte Smith AMBCI

Charlotte is both a Consultant and Consultancy Manager with Teed Business Continuity.

Since joining in 1999, Charlotte has worked with David Teed on client projects covering every aspect of the BCM lifecycle. Charlotte's main area of interest is in the issues associated with people continuity and she has assisted clients with their pandemic business continuity planning for several years. This has included developing Teed's pandemic planning methodology and raising awareness of people continuity through articles and presentations.

Like all Teed's consultants, Charlotte can draw upon her experience of helping clients with their BCM programmes across a wide range of sectors, although she has specific knowledge and understanding of the business continuity requirements of the energy sector having worked with a number of North Sea operators and other organisations in the offshore oil and gas industry.

Charlotte is an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute and a member of the Scottish Continuity Group.

As Teed's Consultancy Manager, Charlotte manages the company's core functions together with Teed's event management, marketing and PR activities.
