The Challenge
Promote awareness within the Scottish membership of the importance of business continuity management to their organisations and clients.

The Solution
A presentation was developed entitled “risks Threats & Resilience”. This was presented to between 30 and 60 attendees at each session run in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

An interactive approach was adopted to allow attendees to appreciate the importance of risk mitigation and business continuity activity to manage threats and move towards ensuring their organisations are more resilient.

The Result
The presentations were well received and attendees went away with plenty of actions and questions to allow them to improve resilience within their own organisations.
