Consultancy
Teed takes pride in being able to deliver independent, flexible and cost-effective consultancy services using tried and tested methods aligned with best practice to ensure that the needs of our clients are fully met.
Independent
Teed are wholly indpendent and as such we will not steer our clients towards particular products or service providers. Rather we will look at all possible options in the marketplace when recommending third party solutions to ensure the right fit with our client’s needs. In adopting this approach, Teed’s clients can be sure that they are benefiting from our expertise, unencumbered by other allegiances.
Flexible
We understand the need to tailor our approach to suit individual client needs and budget. Hence we neither use nor insist on using one proprietary methodology, instead utilising the experience of our consultants to ensure that we adopt an approach for each project or assignment which is aligned with best practice and delivers the specific client’s objectives.
Cost-Effective
Whereas Teed does not have the overheads of the large consultancy firms we employ consultants of the highest calibre, thus allowing us to provide similar or better services at a more competitive rate. Given the significant experience of our consultants, we are able to typically agree a fixed rate for a project or assignment rather than ask for an open-ended fee agreement.
Tried and Tested Methods
Teed works across all types of industry in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Our clients range from FTSE 250 companies with thousands of staff located across many sites to businesses with less than 100 people based in one office. Ensuring continuity of business is relevant to every organisation and regardless of size or budget, each and every one of our clients receives exactly the same level of service and attention to detail every time.
The experience gained from these projects and assignments arms us with the ability to meet the needs of our clients using methods which we have used successfully on numerous occasions.
